Description: A numerical rating derived for every municipality as a result of implementing the vulnerability and suitability assessment tool (VSA) using one commodity group at a time. The index value would now indicate how the municipalities would rank in terms of its suitability to a type of commodity. This VSA tool is very useful in determining the relative importance of municipalities for appropriate interventions given its commodity-based prioritization.
